§ 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance
This notice explains why Ava Brooks Cams falls outside the record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. In short: we neither produce nor host any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct as those terms are defined in the statute and in 28 C.F.R. § 75.
The Site's role is limited to indexing publicly available listings from Chaturbate.com via that platform's affiliate program. Imagery shown here is served from Chaturbate's own infrastructure, and all click-throughs terminate on Chaturbate.
The exemption at 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4) applies: we transmit and route connections without editorial control over the depictions themselves. The Site is therefore not a producer and holds no § 2257 records.

Where the records are kept
Chaturbate.com is the content producer of record for all imagery referenced by the Site. All records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for that content are maintained by Chaturbate. Chaturbate publishes its own § 2257 statement and Custodian of Records information at:

Age verification of performers
Chaturbate certifies that all performers on its platform are at least 18 years of age at the time of production. The Site relies on those certifications. We will remove the reference and forward the report to Chaturbate without delay.
